A light and video installation in an empty Oakland loft across from the Paramount Theater. The synched video excerpt was extracted from Requiem for Egimen Wonks, commissioned for an original score by Closer To Carbon, and projected on the main floor and the ceiling of two rooms. Red opera bulbs were placed throughout building to transform the architecture into a resonant chamber of light at night. Dimensions: 250'h x 60'w. Materials: Backlit film.
